I'm not exactly a PC newbie. There are 9,773 record(s) in this category. Honestly not sure what good contacting their support will do. My Windows 10 UAC is at the lowest setting I can get it to so that it is less annoying, yet there are still many things that require admin rights to work, such is how Win 10 is made, unlike Win 7. My pc runs flawless outside of these particular issues with this software. First time I've seen that screen, in fact. Another time was a Win10-esque BSOD which resulted in it gathering info for an error report, which Windows 10 does under such circumstances. Explorer crashed or somesuch, and I was forced to reboot. Today it caused my mouse to move extremely slow when I accidentally opened it without admin rights in order to simply change it to Switch mode. Doesn't seem to matter what drive the files are "installed" to, either. It gives some error box that says "File without Permission" or something along those lines if I don't. ![]() It sounds like something else is wrong with your setup if you cannot run the application otherwise. You don't have to run it as an administrator. Has anyone else had experiences with this software like this, or know what could be causing it? I doubt there's much that could be conflicting with the program, let alone anything that should allow it to completely lock up my computer, forcing me to hard reboot & or shut down. ![]() My trust for Chinese software and products is already thin as is, and this just wears it thinner. Why would it do this? I run it as administrator, since it doesn't work unless it's running that way. It froze my PC the exact moment I attempted to close it, just as it did in several other instances. Just moments ago when it froze the computer again, all I did was open it, thought maybe I'd check if it had any updates or anything. Now, it doesn't do this all the time, but mainly after the PC has been on for several hours, maybe played a game or two, and then decide to use the software. As the title suggests, the software has been causing my PC to freeze up completely since I started using it. ![]()
